My job is making Protheus talk. I am João Wictor — I build TLPP/ADVPL APIs, system integrations and web apps that take the spreadsheet out of the process.
About
I turn TOTVS Protheus from a closed system into an integrated platform.
In practice: I unlock data trapped inside the ERP — customers, contracts, members — so the rest of the business can use it. REST APIs in TLPP/ADVPL, integrations between systems never meant to talk, and whatever is missing built in Node.js and TypeScript.
I started in support and learned the ERP from the inside before writing code for it. That is exactly the edge: I understand the process before the first line.

Corporate API gateway
The problemEvery system connected straight to the ERP, each with its own credentials and its own contract. Any change broke someone.
A single entry point with OAuth2/JWT, per-consumer rate limiting, retry with circuit breaker, and structured logging built for Brazil’s data protection law. OpenAPI docs for whoever integrates.

WhatsApp satisfaction survey
The problemThe post-sale survey was done by hand, one call at a time, and the answers never reached the CRM.
A conversational flow that asks, validates the answer, asks again when it comes back malformed, and stores everything. The final score lands on the customer record in the CRM with no manual entry.

Integration
Telemedicine integration
The problemLicences were released on the partner platform without checking how many the contract actually covered — and reruns created duplicates.
A service that reconciles eligible members against what was contracted, caps releases at the remaining balance, and flags who was already sent — making the job safe to run as often as needed.

Bontrack UTV Service
The problemA dealership selling machines worth a small house handled everything over Instagram: price, servicing, instalments and availability each turned into a manual conversation started from scratch.
A catalogue filtered by brand, seats and price range, a financing simulator, a store with a cart, and booking and trade-in forms — every action ends in a WhatsApp message already written with the full context. No backend: the site drafts the conversation, the seller just replies.
